Engineered for full rhythm sections and mid-sized bands. Custom EcoCore isolation barrier walls. Future occupancy capped at an 8-person maximum.

Built for full touring acts, complex setups, and maximum stage volume. Future occupancy capped at a 10-person maximum.
Etiquette & Policies
The clock runs on time. Your scheduled block includes your load-in and load-out. Be packed up and clear of the room by your session end time so the next band can roll in without delays.
Keep the volume inside your footprint. Rehearsal doors must be fully shut whenever you are playing to eliminate hallway bleed and respect the other sessions in the building.
Do not overcrowd the space. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Small capped at 5 people, Medium capped at 8 people, and Large capped at 10 people.
Treat the staff, the space, and our Upland neighbors with absolute respect. Users assume full financial responsibility for any gear or facility damage beyond reasonable wear and tear. Disruptive behavior will result in immediate extraction without a refund.
